The Paquachuck Inn History

GLASS CABINETS FROM THE CORY STORE, THE ORIGINAL FIREPLACE AND A FULL MODEL OF THE KATE CORY still grace the living room. More modern touches, sometimes whimsical, provide their own character; from original art on the walls to children’s toys and birds’ nests tucked into the rafters. A large, sunny studio faces east overlooking our own dock, beach, garden patio and the unspoiled wetland which serves as home to osprey and herons, striped bass and bluefish. It is a perfect morning setting for your complimentary breakfast. The Paquachuck’s comfortable bedrooms each have a view overlooking our waterfront and harbor. Watch working fishing boats, recreational fishing vessels, and graceful sailboats and yachts in their element. Breezes through our windows carry the clean, salt air of the ocean and the sound of breaking waves from the wide curve of beautiful Horseneck Beach, just across the channel.
